Monsignor Tom

St John the Baptist church has a new parish priest - Monsignor Thomas McGovern, otherwise known as Fr. Tom. We wish him health and happiness as he begins his development work in the parish. We feel pleased and honoured that Fr. Tom has been the chairman if the Diocesan Historic Churches Committee for more years than he can remember. Great for us as a heritage group concerned with a historic church! Fr Tom has also spoken appreciatively in public of our fundraising efforts for the renovation of St. John's East window.
